Write to us through the contact form and you will hear back from a real person, usually within a few days.

How do I sign in on a new phone or computer?

Type your name and the same email you used before, then tap “Email me a sign-in link”. Open the link on that device, or type the 6-digit code from the email into the app. Your collection appears automatically.

The email did not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from “Me, Collected”. Codes expire after a while, so ask for a new one if it has been more than an hour.

How do I change what I track?

Tap your name at the top, then “Choose what I track”. Turning a tracker off only hides it. Nothing you marked is lost, and it comes back when you turn it on again.

How do I log something quickly?

Tap the round + button and start typing a country, park, show, team or stadium. Tap a result to tick it.

Something is missing or wrong

Stadiums get renamed and new shows open all the time. Email the name of the place or show and it will be added.

How do I delete my account?

Tap your name at the top, then “Delete my account”, and tap again to confirm. Your account and your whole collection are erased. If you want a copy first, choose “Download a backup of my collection” before deleting.
